Based in Greater Copenhagen, Kirstine has negotiated commercial leases for more than 500,000 m2 from large commercial domiciles to smaller restaurant units, but with Kirstine's skills we can enter the development and leasing process with a holistic perspective on strategy, marketing, space planning, commercial area calculations, optimization of operations and administration, calculation of value implication etc.
Jonas has more than 20 years of experience with investment and development properties as well as operation and optimization of real estate portfolios including financing structures.
Jonas has been head of investment brokers at Colliers International/Copenhagen, Senior Manager in KPMG's real estate section and Sales and Investment Manager at SKANSKA.
Jonas is responsible for our transaction advisory including board reporting.
He has a leading role in relation to market research, identification of potential investment cases and financing structures. However, he has also been at the forefront of driving the development cases on behalf of the investor from A to Z.
Rasmus has a diverse experience in client consultancy, project development, construction management and resource management.
Throughout his 16 years of work, Rasmus has been involved in large complex construction projects such as the Niels Bohr Institute.
As part of CORÉS construction management team, Rasmus' primary tasks are project and process management, indicative pricing, identification of development potential, local plan processes and authority dialogues, contract negotiations, budget and document management, and handover to data-driven operations.
Tomas Baz Uttrup is a trained structural engineer and has spent the past few years working in client consulting and project management. Tomas has expanded his technical expertise with an insight into and understanding of finance, giving him a solid foundation for joining our construction management team, where tasks are wide-ranging and require technical, financial, and procedural expertise.
As part of CORÉ’s construction management team, Tomas’s primary focus is on ensuring that the business case is feasible, technically sound, and correctly priced so that we can realize its fullest potential.

Line is part of CORÉS' asset management tasks and has extensive experience in structuring daily operations and administration, ensuring follow-up and progress in processes regarding errors and defects, leasing, owner reporting, entering into service agreements, etc.
Line is also PA and sales back up and provides all-round assistance in relation to CORÉS' task portfolio to ensure high quality, progress, follow-up and necessary structure.
